Built in 2025, this modern elevator building offers exceptional community amenities, including a rooftop lounge with ocean views, BBQ grills, a sunset lanai, outdoor shower, bike storage, and EV charging. This beautifully furnished vacation rental features a comfortable king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and most everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideally located close to Oceanside Pier, beach, restaurants, and shops, you'll be perfectly situated to enjoy everything downtown Oceanside has to offer. Utilities are included, with an SDG&E allowance of up to $100 per month. All rent is prepaid prior to arrival, and the security deposit varies based on the length of your stay. $275 Cleaning Fee & $100 reservation Fee. Summer rate is $5000/month, plus fees.
